What's the difference between the retail version of windows 98 second edition as compared to the OEM version? would I be able to use the retail version to upgrade my original oem version of windows 98? p.s. the oem version won't upgrade it.

Is it possible to upgrade (not a clean install) windows 98 to 98Second edition using the full install version of 98SE (the version you use if you have no os installed) (p.s I'm not considering XP)
