Even when I am not overclocking I often manually set the voltage to lower than the auto value.

Generally, it is better not to use auto voltages while overclocking. You can generally get the same perfomrance and stability with lower voltages than auto gives you. Those temps should be fine.

Selling a used desktop computer is difficult. Most people buy them new or by part. Selling an Apple desktop is easier. I seriously doubt you could get more than $100 for it.
