Ok, so it should be fine for HashCat, or maybe even some light gaming (noting that it's a terrible card, using GDDR3 but with 4Gb per card)? The processor is a 9th Gen i5 so I'm sure the GPU is the bottleneck, but hopefully suitable for hashing if configured as two cards, both on X1 PCIE 3.0...
