Try dropping the DRAM Voltage to 1.29v I had the same problem with that RAM, and that finally made it stable with XMP at 3000MHz.

I had the same problem with this memory, and was able to get it stable at 3000MHz by lowering the DRAM Voltage to 1.29v I know, lowering the voltage is counter intuitive, but it worked for me.

After much testing, I have found the memory to be most stable with X.M.P. enabled, and the DRAM Voltage dropped to 1.29v. At any higher voltage I would get memory test errors, and Prime95 would fail. Seems a bit strange to have to drop voltage on the DRAM, but it has been working flawlessly...

After additional wrestling with the system, I was able to get it to wake up reliably with the X.M.P. profile enabled, so long as I manually set the following: DRAM Voltage = 1.39v CPU VCCIO Voltage = 1.05v
