Those are good voltage numbers. I have the same board and cpu. At 4.8 ive been stable at 1.32 with LLC at turbo using prime95 for stability testing. The monitoring software I used indicated a high voltage of 1.39 and highest temp was 77C. I'm using an Cryorig R1 universal cooler and cpu delid...
