Yes, I have full access to my computer, as I am an administrator account and have granted myself all permissions. Write-Protection is a tough nut to crack though, as he seems to withstand my power! My computer is rebelling against me... This means war.

EDITx4: Warframe has it's own V-Sync option which seems to override whatever Nvidia Controlpanel demands, so I simply turned on Auto v-sync in Warframe and indeed the game calmed down. You were right. Thank you. old post:
