ya cause a 730w bronze+ powersupply is definitely bad ya?

I sorted out the problem. The case I'm using was simply getting in the way due to bad designing, preventing my HDMI from fully entering the port. Cooler master's really <Mod Edit> at case manufacturing

the seller showed me it was fully functioning tho, so that's why I'm unsure that's the answer

so I've recently upgraded to a 1070ti from a 970; I removed the old nvidia drivers and installed the new ones for the 1070ti. However no matter what I do, I cannot get any video output on my monitor. the graphics card is being detected as I could download the drivers and can see it in task...
