Hi, I have just done a speed test on a Samsung T7 drive linked to a new MBP M1 Max using the included usb-c cable. Theoretically it should have a peak of 1000MB Read/Write, but I only got around 700MB according to Blackmagic disk speed tool. Is this normal?

Thanks, I am little worried after reading this conversation about PCI-E 2.0 compatibility. Theoretically the card should work even on PCI-E 2.0, but there are people reporting problems using it on older motherboards. What do you think?

Hi guys! I am looking for a card which can offer good performance for gaming, VR (Oculus Quest 2 etc) and Neural Networks training (using CUDA). Right now I have an NVIDIA GTX 960, which it is a bit underpowered for VR. Do you have anything to suggest (budget 200 - 500)?

Guys I don't know why but now it's working. I've tried all the combinations and suddenly the first layout I've tried (new ones on A1 and B1 and old ones on A2 and B2) works, the system boot normally. Apologies but I have no answer for this behavior, maybe you do?
