I just feel so stupid xD RAM was the problem, I've been using my DDR3 RAM on single channel for 4 years and didn't notice until now. Fixed it today and now I have 60 fps on btf1 everything maxed out, if I get everything to low except the res scale I get 80fps. Thank you anyway for the help

I unstilled all drivers (ATI and Nvidia). Reinstalled lastest Nvidia drivers, and there is 0 improvement :(. Temperatures are ok, max 58º on the CPU, 53º on the GPU. Any idea?
