Problem solved. It was bios setting that was forcing PCIe to run on Gen 4.0 while I had my card connected through PCIe extender that supported only 3.0. Switching to "Force Gen 3" solved all problems. Thank you guys for participating ❤️

I tried lowering the power limit in MSI Afterburner and now it doesn't crash on benchmark. However, GPU is making werid scratching like noises and benchmark is lagging a lot. It seems like GPU is making that sound every frame.

Maybe it's power related? I am using cable splitter that was included with GPU and 2 separate power cables as msi suggests but maybe I am missing something.

I swapped back to old GPU and benchmark is running smoothly without any issues. Seems like it is GPU related after all

Idle is about 35-40°, full load is 74 max

Yes, I do. However I am running full custom water loop, so swaping gpus is very problematic

Turned off XMP, AMD stock core booster, cranked all the way down both core and memory in Afterburner. Still no change

Unfortunetely it still freezes, I've tested on both games and benchmark
