It'f fine now but I reckon in a couple of hours it'll jump again to 50C and then 70C or so. Should I reseat it anyway?

The PC gets noticable louder so that would certainly be the pump. What is wrong with it?

I just realized that the Opt fan and CPU fan are the only slot to spins no matter what fan I put there. The rest seems to not even be detected.
