I am in the UK, and use the UK keyboard settings, but shift+2 is american for @, and is not normal for me. I would like to get it back to normal, by pressing shift+@ symbol. I have checked online, yet no prevail. I ahve windows 8.1, the language settings are in UK qwerty keyboard version...
