    Windows 10 Factory Reset Fail + Cannot delete files

    I was trying to remove some folders, of apps i uninstalled. It told me that i dont have enough permission even tho im Owner. So i tried to Factory Reset my PC, and it told me it failed. Anybody knows what can i do with this?
