As long as the temperature(s) are good enough you can run it forever. I'd recommend opening the side panel until you've installed proper cooling.

HWiNFO informs you that your memory kit is running at BCLK x 13.33. Which is 1330 MHz or 2666 Mbps. I recently had this issue as well with one of my laptops, I fixed it by removing the CMOS battery and then plugging it back in.

Have you considered reinstalling your Windows image completely? It might be a software issue instead of a hardware issue. Might as well upgrade to Windows 11 while you're at it (optionally).
