Further information: I'm wondering if I install windows to a SSD, as a fresh install, would that solve my issue?

I recently replaced my amd Radeon with a Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1060 3gb. I spaced and forgot to uninstall the and drivers. I went through ddu, after putting the new gpu in, and did the clean shutdown and clean restart. My gtx will not install the drivers. I'm not sure what else to do. I have...
