HDD Scan results. How serious is Reallocated Sector Count warning. Can I do anything about that or I should backup all data from this drive and get rid of it?

New hdd

I want to use NAS as glorified HDD socket. Can I remove drive in NAS (after shutting it down) and replace it with another one without any problems? Do I need specific RAID option (or use other format like JBOD) I want my NAS to work as access to library (of many HDDs) not the library itself.

Is SATA 22 to USB good or do I need something else? What adapter for HDD do I need? My laptop is ASUS K56CB.

As in description I need to get serial number of each part on PC and I don't want to unmount all parts to check just that. Can you check this somehow on windows or with some software? Please help.

After checking options through and through I found that main folders are called "shares" weird but whatever problem solved. Path to them is Administrator->Sharing->Shares->Add Share
