Just installed fresh windows, tried hdmi cable over display port and issue still reminds, 2 hours left for warrenty place to open up so im trying anything that might work although my guts tellin me its hardware issue like u said :(

My monitor still in warrenty so if it's hardware issue, i will give it to them so from my side you want me to re-install windows to make sure its not software issue related ?

So it's hardware issue 100% right ? sorry im just checking if i could fix it myself cuz god only knows how many days or weeks it will take for warrenty to fix it or replace it

these lines popped up when i switched from perform on scaling GPU to Display at nvidia control panel so i thought maybe its fixable
