i think its becouse of the cpu heat becouse its only on when it above 90C* Do u think i might just need some new cooler paste on my cpu?

its either the kraken x63 or x53 its connected as it should everything is connected where it is suposed to the fans are working and the radiator is very cold even when it has been running for minutes but nzxy program says its 95C* and my motherboard has a red light
