I'm a Windows 7 user who will convert to Win 10 before the deadline next summer. Does any know of Video edit/capture software that will allow you to edit out parts of the middle of a movie or clip. Looking in the range of $100 or less.

Can you put a sound card in a Toshiba 17 inch laptop. I plan to store/ play music files on the laptop to be sent through a mixing board to 1000 speakers.
