I have the B550 Gaming Gen3 (MS7B86) motherboard and its not accepting the bios drivers

So i had finished building my pc and I cant seem to install windows. I have the usb plugged in and i also see it in the bios settings but no matter how many times i reboot it, it wont install. what do i do

Alright so each fan has its own cable, I just need to connect all 3 to the motherboard fan headers ?

yes, there is a RGB hub, and I would assume there is a controller because there is a 4th wire connecting the hub to a separate box which has 3 cables, a sata cable, usb 2.0 pin, and the wire that's connected to the hub

So I have the Corsair 4000D RGB Airflow but I don't understand where the cables go onto the MSI B550 Gaming Gen3 ATX AM4 Motherboard. Do I connect the RGB fans to the SYS_FAN or the JRGB slots ?

Well i had already bought the video card and cant refund it, so would it still suffice or is it a definite need to replace the GPU before i buy the monitor or do I need to choose a different monitor. I really want his one because of the resolution and high refresh rate but if my GPU cant keep up...

Im sorry this is still my first build. And by handle it, I meant will the gpu be able to perform well without it overheating or stuff like that. And by tweaking games does that mean I have to lower the performance to accommodate the monitor and gpu or can I have it at (or above) recommended...

Would it still work fine if I stay with the 3600 because I already bought it and want to know if i have to cancel. And if I swapped to the 5600(x) do i need to change any other parts to accommodate it ?
