Okay, update. Everything booted up fine and it was running normally. Then it shut itself off and began doing the start up/shut down repeatedly.

BIOS looked clean on start up. It asked to run the system in Safe or Normal mode, but I assume that’s because of the amount of times it tried to turn itself on. I’ll try the paper clip trick. The CPU is an Intel i7-7700k, it’s less than 2 years old. Same with my RAM. I’ll have to take it in and...

I don’t know what I did, but it’s running now. I blew the dust out of the PSU and after a few start up attempts it’s running. Don’t think this is a permanent fix. It does sound like it’s running a little rough.

It’s pretty dusty and dirty, would that cause it to act like this? Rest of the PC is pretty clean.

It’s a few years old or so. My motherboard has a debug light system on it that flashed the CPU spot and DRAM but those parts are just over a year old.
