    On your mobo, in the front panel header, are pins for applying a speaker. "A" speaker, not the system speakers. If your board won't post, it will beep in code to point to a problem. 1 beep power prob, 2 beeps memory prob, you get it. might help get you in a direction.

    Can't remember if the 1050 ti doesn't need a 6pin(like its younger 1050 brother) or not, but your rig probably doesn't need much more than a 420w to run reliably under load, 300w might be pushing it though. My contension isn't with your choice of wattage, but in manufacturer. Trust is a company...

    If you haven't found your answer yet, try disabling your cpu boost in your bios then return to windows.

    Hey Enrok, not sure if you've found your answer yet, but I was having the same problem... my solution : Enter your bios, check your temp and freq while in there, if it seems to go back to normal while your in your bios, try disabling the cpu boost and then go back to windows and see if theres...
