Didnt change anything except the PCIe card doesnt even get an internet connection (something about IP adress not beeing configured). Kinda managed to bypass the problem now by drilling a hole in the wall and running the ethernet cable to a diffrent wall plug that just recently got vaccant.

So i've been having this problem ever since i build my pc two years ago and i've never been able to find any solution. My ethernet speed seems hard locked at 10Mbit while i should be getting around 30 from my ISP. i tried a ton of diffrent speedtest including steam. They all report the same...
