5060 is getting probably a 30% uplift, which other than the 5090, seems to be a larger generational uplift than the rest of the meh Blackwells.

Our local Microcenter here in Tustin had over 1000+ 9070XT cards today, compare that to the <10 5090/5080's that they get about once a week. Nvidia's not ramping up their production for gaming GPUs at all. They won't until they see significant market share erosion.

Aesthetics is the reason for this. Actually I approve of this as there's quite a large margin for safety. You don't see hardly any melted 4080's which draw around 300 watts. The 400+ watt cards are the ones smoking their 12x6 connectors.

Unless Ai crashes, this is why the 5090 will always be in short supply until end of production.

Ooops, looks like some of the stockpiled 5080Ti refresh chips being saved for next year accidentally got mixed in the 5090 batch! Seriously, this was deliberate, A penny pinching, control freak Nvidia did not release these chips on accident.
