Interesting I was hearing the opposite. Regardless I got the 11700k and am cooling it with a Arctic freezer II and in cinebench r23 it's sitting at 65c and this is without any case fans. This cooler is a beast!

Yes that's the error. I've run cinebench r23 multicore and didn't have any issue. I haven't played games on it really it seems to be random during idle / low usage states

Personally I wouldn't unless you actually need the extra cores. If all your doing is gaming the just roll with it

Try booting with just the display connected no other peripherals. I did have an issue where my dad's PC would constantly boot loop and I couldn't figure it out until I just did a clean install. I guess the HDD was corrupt and would not boot to windows

Can you get to bios?

Troubleshoot your ram. Remove all the ram sticks from your PC and with one stick test all the ports. If tests fine set that stick aside and test the next one and so on. Actually just had this issue the other day after bringing my PC up from sitting in storage for a few months.
