Avermedia Live Gamer only capturing gaming PC's wallpaper

Your answer was right. I didn't know that the Avermedia card would be recognized as a monitor on my gaming PC, and that I would need to manipulate something on the gaming PC's settings. Went into the Nvidia monitor settings and saw the Avermedia card listed as a monitor. Apparently it was set...

Avermedia Live Gamer only capturing gaming PC's wallpaper

*fullscreen clone only captures the wallpaper. I can tell the capture card is recognizing changes on my gaming PC because it flickers on and off a little when I'm loading GO (this is normal for my gaming PC too). I just need the capture card to recognize and show the game.

Avermedia Live Gamer only capturing gaming PC's wallpaper

The gaming PC image comes from the HDMI cord from the Gaming PC's GPU to the capture card HDMI input. I tried adding an HMDI output from the capture card to a monitor, and it just goes fullscreen clone of the gaming pc's screen.

Thanks for the quick responses guys, I really appreciate it. I think I might actually end back the CPU to get an FX-6300 (only 10 bucks more), so I'll have to wait to try it out till the new CPU gets here. You think I can boot from a formatted USB with the proper drivers on it, install them...
