bilalmk95 - I can see the HDD on disc management on my pc but when i try to format it or make partitions an error saying that i have to restat my pc pops up every time, I did it succesfully on another pc though, but the hdd still don't respond correctly on mine..

about the name , windows tells me it's "Imation Apollo UX" but i'm not sure because i got it from a friend a few months ago

I forgot to tell you that the driver works perfectly on other pcs , it's "Imation Apollo UX" and i tried all my USB ports .

when i plug my external hdd I hear the windows notification sound that it is pluged , but it doesn't show up though i can see it in disc management , I tried updating the driver then restarting the pc but nothing happens . i hope you guys can help me solve this problem and thanks in advance...
