I haven't messed with any voltages but in bios it says my cpu is set to 4ghz but it's been running at 4.5ghz. I don't know if it's providing the right voltage but I've tried to manually set it at 4ghz with voltage on auto but restarts still occur. I am pretty much a nub at this part so any help...
