If you're using any sort of CPU to run Blender you're doing it wrong.

Even if real, if you buy the 9800X3D to run blender, you are doing it wrong. If you're going to run productivity or mixed, get the i7.

It is. 1.45V is stupid high for DDR5. Even with DDR4 the default was 1.2V and most memory didn't exceed 1.35V in XMP.
