Yessir, Chipset and Bios were two of the first things I tried after having this issue. Only thing I have found that works is uninstalling the Nvidia drivers, after that I am able to actually launch games, but with poor performance obviously.

Oh well from what ive seen on benchmarks the overclocked 970 can outperform the 1060 in a lot of games and either way there is no major difference in performance other than maybe a few fps. But i appreciate the help.
