I do a factory reset on my laptop every 3-4 months. We all use Wi-Fi, all 3 of use played online games at the same time 3 days ago no lag for no one. I disabled everything that could use my internet steam, torrent, browsers. Still nothing. The internet is supposed to be 50 Mbps when I do a test online I get 5 max.

I have a 50 Mbps internet connection, it worked fine 2 days ago. Then I log in on an online game and the lag is so bad i cannot play it, downloads are down to. I am not sure about the exact model, but it is a HP, yes all drivers are up to date I did it 2-3 days ago. I have it on the power supply almost the whole time. If this helps when I run BIOS this is the version aptio setup utility 2012.

Because when I play some games that need a lot of memory, they fit the limit of the igpu, but it drains up most of the memory and will not let me set the game settings above the igpu's memory, that's why I need to disable it and run with the dedicated one.

No, it's not. I happened to day again, and now at the start up it said that there is a problem with starting up the hard drive. And then I opened the automatic start up repair and it couldn't be finished, so I don't think it's a problems with the PSU.
