Afterburner does not let me reset the settings. I just has a blank part in place of it. The gpu core and memory clock also cannot be changed from 0

So I’ve been trying to undervolt my sapphire pulse 5700 xt, and when it hit 950mV it crashed. My second monitor doesn’t recieve signal, and games crash. I’ve tried updating my drivers, and Amd adrenalin doesn’t work and Msi afterburner will not reset the settings. Please help.
