Maybe cpu-z and all my msi monitoring tool are wrong? Could it be a sensor problem on my motherboard. Looking at windows monitoring in task manager, it just hangs at 1% usage or so. around 1.0 ghz there is no app running or using the cpu as far as task manager is concerned.

Yup, freezes then it crashed.

And again :( Though this time it froze for a few minutes then crashed. So I guess that's a first.
