In the market for a new Monitor, having trouble deciding . . .

I'm finally in the market for a new monitor but I'm not sure how to proceed and I'm looking for advice. I've searched a few threads and read different recommendations but I don't think I'm any further along then when I started. Though I really like playing games on this PC, its not the only...

Bump. Any suggestions on what this might be? Could it be something I have to enable in the bios or something?

Wi-Fi Card not detected after computer wakes from sleep . . .

Hi Guys, Last month I built my first computer and amazingly, everything went as smooth as possible. I haven't had any crashes / hangs / weirdness, and the computer hums along quietly while I go about my business. My completed build/part list can be seen here...

Understanding splitters for case fans . . .

Hi Guys, I recently built a Pc and I'm interested in adding one case fan to my set up and could use some advice. I'm currently using a Corsair Air 240, and I want to add two white-LED ML120's up front (or AF120/SP120) which would mean that the two fans that are currently there would need to be...

    Onboard video vs Evga GT240 512MB . .

Hi guys, The title says most of it. I just built a computer using a i5 4690k and I currently do not have a video card installed. (using the on chip video) I have an old GT240 512MB card that I could drop in very easily. Should I bother? will my i5 run slightly cooler now that it doesn't have...

First build: advice on PSU and low-profile CPU cooler

Hey guys, Over the past year I've been acquiring parts for my first computer build and I'm really excited because I think I'm very close to the assembly stage. I guess you could call it a budget build or value build as I've been stalking pcpartpicker, waiting for the parts I want to drop in...

My first build. Building for expandability, light gaming ...

Hi guys, I've been wanting to build my own computer for ages. I always thought the idea of building a new computer meant it would last longer and be easier to upgrade. I do a lot of photography and video editing and my current PC (HP 7330N) can't keep up anymore. I can't really complain as its...
