Is CPU bottlenecking?

MAYBE if you are playing a very CPU-intensive game but otherwise you should be fine.

Dell Optiplex Compatibility Check

I'm thinking about getting an ASUS R7-250 GPU for my Dell Optiplex 745 mini-tower, (or micro-tower) and I'm wondering if it will fit and work well.

Ok, so I'm buying a used PC with a Vista COA. I'm wondering if I can simply download the .iso, make a USB boot drive, and then when the installation asks me for the product key, if I can use the code on the COA.
