So im using a h110m-hds with a cooler master hyper evo 212 and i just realised after tutning th epc on and off like 10 times the reason it is not gettung a signal is because the heatsync is blocking the power did that damage my new pc and is there anyway i can power it please help

I just got done building a pc 1000$ and it runs fans and all but monitor and tv have no signal when i try to turn on the monitor nothing is lose i really would like to know if theres somewhere i can get it fixed aa i dont want to mess with it

well I just got amd overdrive and decided to mess around I got my prossesor buffed up with the turbo control then turned it of and cant turn it back on now im only running at 3.4 ghz
