I tried reinstalling latest graphics driver but that didn't help. I noticed that after the driver installation it shows up being normal showing " The device is working properly" then later same error shows agan

My laptop is just working fine after few weeks after I accidentally spilled water on it. However, it is still showing the error code 43 on my nvidia GTX 1050Ti. My laptop is Lenovo Legion Y7000P. The system detects the hardware but is shows the error message. Please inform me if there is any...
