Marc: (IT tech) I had the same problem after selecting Ultrafast-Boot option in BIOS on a fresh win10 install. I lost PS2 mouse support but PS2 keyboard was OK in Windows10. The motherboard was a Gigabyte GA-H110M-H. I could not enter BIOS setup at all to reset boot options. I solved the problem...
