Had the same problem here. Found both the AMD and Intel graphics card in the device manager. Turns out that the AMD driver wasn't installed properly and therefor the system was using the internal Intel card.. clicked the AMD card in the device manager and chosen ' update driver'.. new drivers...

Had the same problem here.. looked in the device manager.. turns out the AMD drivers aren't installed and so the card is not activated but the laptop uses the internal intel graphics card..!!!! clicked the AMD card in the device manager and chosen 'update driver' which now seems to have solved...
