I *had* same problems, i got FX-8350 and M5A97-R2.0 and Seasonic 620W M12II-620 Evolution psu. While playing games, computer did freeze for few secs and sounds freeze also. I tested my pc with OCCT (stressed cpu and ram). I was watching wrestling at the same time, only 5 mins and pc did freeze...
