What is faster composite component or S-video? I know component offers better colors and in some instances S-video a better picture. Which delivers a picture the fastest regardless of quality? I posted this question over a month ago and no one has been able to answer it. PLease help me somebody

Ok I am a complete noob. But I know I need an external graphics card that will allow vsync. Im not even concerned about the graphics aspect bc it will be exclusively used for low res gaming. But I need vsync and I'm on a budget. Any help will be greatly appreciated

Thanks for trying to help man, really, but what you have said is incorrect. I mean you're right about the vsync, but vsync isn't an option for me. I can change to 50,60,75 and 85Hz via the driver if I wanted. Unfortunately none of those setting help me and I know there's a way to do it manually...

Um, yeah what the title asks. What is the difference between a multiscan monitor and a multisync monitor? trying to find a monitor that allows me to manually set the refresh rate lower than 60hz
