Well it's cause you don't know better. When i had 1080p i looked great, now when i'm at 1440p and use the old 1080p screen it looks like crap. It also depends on how far you sit from the screen. Not gonna download that huge video, takes to much time

I assume your at stock? Can you check your core voltage with CPU-Z? 100 is the thermal throttle point for your 4770k and will damage if it runs that for a extended periode of time. You might installed your h100i wrong

High settings will mostly be fine(on demanding games), the main bottleneck is the 256bit memory bus. I've a gtx780 at 1440p and can play all games(bf4, crysis 3 etc.) at ultra settings, no more than 2x AA though. So high for a 770 4gb will be fine.

750ti will be much better, around twice as fast. The TDP is less than 550ti so it will be ok. If it is for gaming you might want to consider a stronger graphics card, however you then want to know which 650w PSU you have. Also (if your upgrade anyway)i reccomend to add 4gb more Ram aswell

Exactly if you have the money go with a 780ti. The only difference between 780ti and titan black is that the titan has 6gb vram and better fp64. Fp64 you won't use when gaming and more than the 3gb vram of the 780ti isn't needed(unless you're gaming at extreme resolutions). HD7990 isn't worth...
