I looked into this a bit more, could the Bonjour service be stopping me from connecting to this network, and only in this one building? The laptop connects to other networks, and even the network mentioned above, but in a different building. Can the Bonjour service even cause problems like this?

My problem is two fold. The main issue is that I have to use my laptop for labs for class, we have to connect to a remote Linux server, I use windows and therefore am using PuTTY. The issue is that when I was sitting in class and tried to connect to the University's network I got the error...
