    OK so i said i did a clean Windows install so that means yes i did remove drivers. My ram are dual channel and my PSU is brand new Akyga AK-P3-600

    At the start here is my PC specs: CPU: I5-4460 3.20 ghz Motherboard: H81M-P33 RAM: 8gb ddr3 800mhz frequency (dont know the brand) GPU: XFX Radeon RX 580 8gb PSU : 600w (dont know the brand eather) Problem is that i upgraded my gpu from Gygabite 750 ti to Rx 580 and i am not getting high...
