I've had my Asus p8-z77 + 3770k for five years. Even if X299-deluxe + 9700X is kind of pricy up front the price over several years is not bad at all. :)

What about the unpacking performance of the programs? Doesn't that count for anything. I'm wondering which of the programs unpacks a 5-10GB archived who is divided into smaller parts?

Bought a R4 a couple of months ago and I'm not really that impressed. My old Antec P182 was really, really quiet almost silent. The fans on the R4 isn't noisy, but you hear them hum when you're sitting next to the computer.
