Update: I tried to reset the CMOS by removing the battery, and pc was working fine for 2 days. Today after waking up pc of hibernation it's broke again. I'm out of ideas. Please help.

When it's underperforming the speed is 0.54 GHz. But speed at a normal state is 3.15 GHz. Sorry for my late anwser.
