I was using OCCT 4.5 and CPU-Z 1.68. Now I have installed OCCT 5.5.1 and CPU-Z 1.91 and suddenly both programs show 3.1 GHz on all cores when CPU is stressed. It seems that the very problem was me... I'm very sorry guys for taking your time. Nontheless thanks for trying to help me ;)

Userbench on balanced https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/23699718 Cinebench in single core mode gives 325 pts, still just 2.7 GHz. I updated BIOS to the newest one and still nothing. Can it be something wrong mith mainboard maybe and not with the CPU? I'm running out of ideas....

Hi, I have a problem with my i5. I can't force it to go above 2.7 ghz. It should go up to 3.1 on all cores, but even if I stress it with OCCT for an hour there is still just 2.7 with 56 celcius. When I play games CPU occupancy is about 85% and still no boost. I checked in the BIOS and the turbo...
