I had issue like this. For me it was one of fans making mic have buzzinv sound. Unplugged it and no buzzing ever more. So probably reseating and checking which one of components might be doing it.

No I am not hitting 144 all the time. Otherwise I wouldn'the be here. 144 in pubg is kinda impossible, in apex fps varies from 90-200 depending on places of the map and is really inconsistent when a lot of fighting is going on.

I totally agree with you. But there's the issue. I do not care about game's running on high/ultra settings and that's the only benchmarks people are doing. If I could find a benchmark on lowest settings 1080p then maybe I could see more points from going budget to high end.

It is great for he price but that's barely or even not an upgrade coming from 4790k. Ty for answer tho :)
