[SOLVED] Hard disk head constantly parking

Yes, it is my hard disk in the video. Obviously I know its dead but any idea why it is constantly parking? Is it because of bad pcb or faulty head?

[SOLVED] Hard disk head constantly parking

My laptop is unable to detect my hard drive and the hard drive head is constantly parking after few seconds. What could be the problem? Is it bad PCB or something else? Please see this video:
