I'm a big fan of Galaxy and their products for many years, but I never liked any of the HOFs. In my personal opinion - they're just copycats of Gigabyte's 3-fan designs cooler system-wise. Colors are fantastic, I won't deny this, but the cooler system leaves desires to be much more better...

SATAs are pretty much backwards compatible (will run at slower speeds if previous gen plugged in, but will still run just as fine...as long as it's SATA and not IDE/SAS or something else, lol). But you won't be able to use 3+TB HDDs on an old OS. Only OSes like "Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit"...
